Tom has over 25 years experience in mortgage banking. After graduating from The University of Missouri, he began his career as an originator and then became a manager for some of the largest lending institutions in the world. In 2001 he co-founded The Lending Partners. Tom has always had a "customer first" philosophy, and has engrained that belief throughout the company. Tom can be reached at tom@tlpoffice.com.

Betsy Sproat - Vice President of Operations

Betsy alongside Tom, also helped co-found The Lending Partners, LLC She has more than 26 years experience in almost every aspect of the mortgage business. This includes underwriting, closing, loan servicing, accounting, loan audits, and training. With her experience in the mortgage industry, Betsy has helped The Lending Partners close more than 17,000 loans that put more than 12,000 families in homes! She continues to be a major asset within our company while strengthening The Lending Partners business relations and providing a positive leadership attitude towards her Lending Family. Alex Parker - Vice President of New Business Development

Alex entered the mortgage business in 2004 in Kansas City, MO. He then moved to Dallas, TX in 2006 and joined The Lending Partners as an originator. Since joining The Lending Partners, he has been a top 5 producer in units and volume each year. He is now Vice President of New Business Development responsible for training and developing new markets for The Lending Partners and remains a top producing originator.
